From sourcing the finest ingredients to curating very single detail, I am here to deliver an experience that is not just elevated, but truly extraordinary.

 

My story started in 2016 when I decided to publish my very first recipes on a food blog. Shortly after that I got nominated as "Breakthrough of the Year" in one in a "food blog of the year" competition. I met many people in gastronomy, tried an internship in Eska restaurant in the age of 15 and became to be more and more interested in being a chef. 

Thanks to my dear friends in the gastronomy world I had an opportunity to participate in creating a cookbook and one year later I even started to write own book. To this day, I have published two books. The second one - How to Find the Joy of cooking - is still available to buy. 

Today, I work in a cafe owned by Iveta Fabešová, where I am trying to get as much experience in pastry as possible. I am also starting my own business in catering and thinking about getting more experience abroad. It will be a long journey full of memories and experience and I am already looking forward to what is coming.
